煤炭采样机电液控制回路设计

摘要 目的:设计一种新型电液控制回路。方法:根据控制回路设计要求对所需调速阀进行理论分析,推导流量公式;运用FluidSim软件对设计的控制回路进行仿真分析,对设备控制系统进行安装调试验证系统设计的合理性。结果:整个电液控制回路的设计符合设计任务要求,该控制系统的设计选用时间继电器延时5 s,确保一次采样结束后等待下一次采样,系统时间可调。结论:该设计可降低工人的劳动强度,减小误差。 Objective:To design a new type of electro-hydraulic control circuit.Methods:According to the design requirements of the control circuit,the required speed regulating valve is analyzed theoretically,and the flow formula is derived,the designed control circuit is simulated and analyzed by FluidSim software,and the equipment control system is installed and debugged to verify the rationality of the system design.Results:The design of the whole electro-hydraulic control loop accords with the design task.The control system is designed with time delay 5 s,to make sure that the system time is adjustable and wait for the next sampling after the first sampling.Conclusion:It can reduce the labor intensity and the artificial error of the workers.
