摘要
目的:采用Meta分析方法系统评价健身气功对老年人群平衡能力的影响。方法:选取时间段为2000年1月1日年—2021年3月31日,于PubMed、web of science和CNKI3个数据库发布的研究结果选取文献。制订文献纳入与排除标准,制作表格提取数据。运用Revman5.3和Stata16软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入17篇RCT,Meta分析结果显示,健身气功可以明显提高老年人静态平衡能力闭眼单脚站立的时间(P<0.001),明显降低老年人动态态平衡能力起立-行走测试的时间(P<0.001),提高老年人动态平衡能力Berg平衡量表的得分(P<0.05)。结论:健身气功对老年人静态与动态平衡能力具有显著的改善作用,八段锦、易筋经、五禽戏、导引养生功十二法均能提高老年人平衡能力,且八段锦的改善效果更为全面。
Objective:Meta analysis was used to systematically evaluate the effect of fitness Qigong on the balance ability of the elderly.Method:The research results published in PubMed,web of science and CNKI databases from January 1,2000 to March 31,2021 were selected.The inclusion and exclusion criteria of literatures were formulated,and tables were made to extract data.Revman5.3 and stata16 software were used for meta analysis.Result:Seventeen RCTs were included.The results of meta analysis showed that fitness Qigong could significantly improve the static balance ability of the elderly,the time of standing with eyes closed and one foot closed(P<0.001),significantly reduce the time of standing walking test of dynamic balance ability of the elderly(P<0.001),and improve the score of Berg balance scale of dynamic balance ability of the elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fitness Qigong has a significant good effect on the static and dynamic balance ability of the elderly.Baduanjin,Yijinjing,Wuqinxi and Daoyin regimen can improve the balance ability of the elderly,and the improvement effect of Baduanjin is more comprehensive.
