System Optimization of Electromagnetic Induction Coil Launch Bullet

摘要 电磁发射子弹具有速度可调、响应时间短的优势,在防恐、维稳等方面具有重要的应用潜力。针对目前电磁轨道发射子弹存在的出膛初始扰动大、出膛后气动外形变化的问题,该文提出采用非接触式线圈发射子弹的方案,克服了轨道发射初始扰动和气动外形变化的难题。通过建立线圈发射子弹的动态发射模型,并结合带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)建立线圈发射子弹系统的优化设计模型。提出分步优化设计思想,在满足子弹预定能级要求的前提下,以线圈发射装置长度和发射效率为优化目标,实现了对包括线圈截面参数、子弹结构参数、脉冲电源初始电压和触发时序等多个设计变量的优化设计。优化结果表明:若以两个指标平均值最小为优化目标,则装置最短长度为0.123m,对应发射效率为4.89%。 Electromagnetic(EM) launch bullet has advantages of stepless adjustable speed and a very short response time, and is of great applicational potential in counterterrorism and stability maintaining. Aiming at the defects of initial disturbance at the muzzle and aerodynamic shape change after the chamber existed at EM rail launch bullets, this paper puts forward an idea that uses non-contact coil for launching bullets, which can solve the problem of the initial disturbance and the aerodynamic shape change. Through the establishment of dynamic model of coil launch bullets, and combining with the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ), the optimal design model of coil launch bullets can be established. The idea of optimization step by step was put forward, to realize the optimization design of parameters, such as parameters of coil cross section, structural parameters of the bullet, the initial voltage and trigger timing of pulse power and so on, on the premise of meeting the requirements of the bullet muzzle kinetic energy, and with the length of the coil launcher and launch efficiency as the optimization goal. The optimization results show that take the minimum of the average of the two optimal indexes as the solution, the shortest length of the device is 0.123 m, and the corresponding launch efficiency is 4.89%.
