摘要
通过改变探针长度、探测速度和探测角度等参数,测定一款国产在机检测用触发式测头的预行程误差并建立误差补偿数据表。针对触发式测头由于自身三脚支架结构导致各向异性明显的特点,提出一种“离线误差数据表”+“在线方位判定”相结合的现场测头三脚支架方位快速标定方法。经实验验证,该方法能有效提高测头精度,并且提高在机检测标定效率90%以上。
The length,measuring speed and direction of probe were changed respectively to measure the pre⁃travel error of a trig⁃ger probe made in China,and the error compensation data table was established.In view of the obvious anisotropy of the trigger probe caused by the tripod structure,a fast method for determining the orientation of tripod support was established,which combinied“off⁃line error data table”with“on⁃line direction determination”.Experiments results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of probe and the calibration efficiency of on⁃machine measurement improves by more than 90%.
