摘要 果蔬垃圾经破碎、制浆除杂及厌氧发酵等工序后产生的厌氧沼液,具有高有机物浓度、高氮磷、高悬浮物的特点,其作为污水处理时,处理难度大。本文采用“螺旋挤压+微滤+沼肥利用”的工艺处理沼液,大大降低了沼肥的处理成本,同时促进了农产品的增收,为沼液资源化处理奠定基础。 The anaerobic biogas produced by the processes of crushing,pulping and anaerobic fermentation of fruit and vegetable waste have the characteristics of high organic matter concentration,high nitrogen and phosphorus,high suspended substance,which is difficult to treat as sewage.In this paper,the process of“screw extrusion+microfiltration+biogas fertilizer utilization”is adopted to treat the biogas liquid,which greatly reduces the cost of treatment of biogas fertilizer,and promotes the increase of agricultural products,and lays a foundation for the treatment of biogas liquid resource.
