摘要
本工艺通过引风机将液硫罐顶含硫蒸汽、硫化氢的废气抽吸送至硫磺回收装置焚烧炉,随液硫池废气一起送入焚烧炉焚烧后再去烟气后处理流程,既解决了废气直排大气造成的环境污染问题,又避免了废气对液硫罐和周边设备的腐蚀,同时解决了液硫罐废气管道易堵塞的难题,且流程短,设备简单。本工艺在安全性、经济性上均优于目前常用的液硫罐顶废气处理方法,适用于硫磺回收装置内的液硫储罐。
The waste gas containing sulfur vapor and H_(2)S from liquid sulfur tank top is sent to the incinerator of the sulphur recovery unit by induced draft fan.After burned in the incinerator together with the exhaust gas from the liquid pool,the waste gas will be carried to the flue gas treatment unit to get further desulfurization.This technology solves the environmental pollution problems caused by waste gas discharged directly into the atmosphere,and avoids the sulfur corrosion of the liquid sulfur tank and the other surrounding equipments,at the same time,the blockage problem,which appears easily during piping the waste gas of liquid sulfur tank top,is settled in this process.In addition,this technology is not only characterized by short process and simple equipment,also safer and more economic than the other common treatment methods of the waste gas from liquid sulfur tank top.It is suitable for liquid sulfur tank in sulfur recovery unit.
