摘要
为了能更好地掌握公司的安全文化现状及与国际先进企业的差距,科学判断公司的安全文化层次,惠州石化邀请挪威船级社运用安全文化评估工具和问卷调查,开展了安全文化量化评估,验证公司员工安全意识方面的现状及存在的问题。通过调查公司安全文化状况,分析与国外最佳实践的差距,科学判断公司的安全管理水平,为管理提升提出方向及建设性建议。
In order to better grasp the current safety culture situation and the gap with advanced international enterprises,scientifically estimate the safety culture level,CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemicals Company Limited(CHPCL)invited Det Norske Veritas(DNV)to carry out quantitative assessment of safety culture with the application of Safety Will and questionnaire,verify current security awareness situation and problems of the company staff.By investigating the safety culture of the company,this paper analyses the gap with overseas best practices,estimates the safety management level and puts forward the direction and constructive suggestions for management elevation.
