摘要
以壳聚糖(CS)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛和DOPO为原料,制备壳聚糖基膨胀型阻燃剂,并将其加入环氧树脂预聚物/间苯二胺固化体系,制备阻燃环氧树脂。对壳聚糖基膨胀型阻燃剂和其阻燃环氧树脂进行热失重、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、垂直燃烧测试,表征阻燃剂结构和研究环氧树脂阻燃性能。结果表明:壳聚糖基膨胀型阻燃剂被成功制备,其能提高环氧树脂的阻燃性能。
Chitosan-based expansive flame retardant was prepared from chitosan(CS),3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and DOPO.It was added into epoxy resin prepolymer/m-phenylenediamine curing system to prepare flame-retardant epoxy resin.Chitosan-based expansive flame retardant and its flame retarded epoxy resin were tested by thermogravimetric analysis,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and vertical combustion test to characterize the structure of the flame retardant and study the flame retardancy of epoxy resin.The results showed that chitosan-based expansive flame retardant was successfully prepared,which could improve the flame retardant performance of epoxy resin.
