摘要
基于2020年习近平总书记提出"建设海南自由贸易港"的总体方案,亟需把海南建设成国际旅游消费中心和海南国际旅游岛。随着人们对休闲旅游的重视,滨海旅游发展势头强劲,但在巨大经济利益的驱使下,海洋环境质量不容乐观,其部分不合理的开发使得水体及海洋生物等遭到破坏。以三亚湾和大东海为例,通过实地调研、分析游客对海洋的影响,根据当地实际情况和旅游产业最新相关政策对不同主体出现的问题提出相应对策建议,借此提高人们对海洋生态环境的保护意识,实现海洋与经济双向发展。
Based on the overall plan of"Building Hainan Free Trade Port"proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in 2020,it is urgent to build Hainan into an international tourism consumption center and Hainan interna-tional tourism island.With people’s attention to leisure tourism,coastal tourism has a strong momentum of development.However,driven by huge economic interests,the quality of marine environment is not optimistic,and some of its unreasonable development has destroyed water bodies and marine organisms.Taking Sanya Bay and Dadonghai as examples,this paper analyzes the impact of tourists on the ocean through field research,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems of different subjects according to the local actual situation and the latest relevant policies of the tourism industry,in order to improve people’s awareness of protecting the marine ecological environment and realizing the two-way development of the ocean and economy.
