摘要
目的探讨人性照护理论在超高频电波刀(LEEP刀)治疗宫颈炎患者中的应用。方法选取2019年9月至2020年8月四川绵阳四0四医院收治的66例宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为两组,两组均进行LEEP刀治疗,对照组(33例)采用常规护理,观察组(33例)在常规护理的基础上采用人性照护理论模式,比较两组的治疗总有效率、满意度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)。结果观察组治疗总有效率(90.91%)高于对照组(69.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分为(98.52±1.23)分,高于对照组的(97.14±1.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后VAS评分为(3.52±1.03)分,低于对照组的(4.42±1.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性照护理论在宫颈炎LEEP刀治疗宫颈炎患者中的应用效果显著,可提高治疗总有效率、患者满意度,降低患者疼痛感,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of human care theory in high frequency radiosurgical knife(LEEP knife)for patients with cervicitis.Methods From September 2019 to August 2020,66 patients with cervicitis admitted to Sichuan Mianyang 404 Hospital were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(33 cases)received routine care,and the observation group(33 cases)received human care theory on the basis of routine care,the total effective rate of treatment,satisfaction degree,and visual analogue scale(VAS)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(90.91%)was higher than that in the control group(69.70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(98.52±1.23)points,which was higher than the(97.14±1.15)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group after nursing was(3.52±1.03)points,which was lower than the(4.42±1.14)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hum an care theory is significant in the treatm ent of patients with cervicitis by LEEP knife,which can improve the total effective rate of treatment and satisfaction,and reduce pain.It is worthy of promotion.
