摘要
以2015—2019年120份林业上市企业数据为样本,依据媒体关注度的间接影响,构建林业企业社会责任对企业竞争力影响的理论模型。采取主成分分析法,依据现有研究和林业企业特点,从规模能力(C_(s))、盈利能力(C_(p))、人力资本(C_(h))、发展能力(C_(d))4个方面8个指标,分析企业社会责任对林业上市企业竞争力的影响。结果表明:企业履行社会责任有助于提升林业上市公司竞争力;企业社会责任履行越好,媒体关注度越高,尤其是对股东、消费者社会责任履行越好,媒体越会对企业产生更高的关注度。企业对员工履行社会责任与媒体关注度间的关系不显著。媒体对造纸及纸制品类企业、家具制造业类企业的关注度,与企业竞争力存在显著正向影响。
With 120 data on listed forestry enterprises from 2015 to 2019,indirect impact according to media attention,we constructed a theoretical model of the impact of the competitiveness of forestry enterprises.By using principal component analysis method,based on existing research and characteristics of forestry enterprises,from scale ability(C_(s)),profitability(C_(p)),human resources(C_(h)),develop capacity(C_(d))in eight indicators,we analyzed the impact of corporate social responsibility on the competitiveness of forestry listed enterprises.The results show that the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility will help improve the competitiveness of forestry listed companies;the better the corporate social responsibility implementation,the higher the media's attention,especially the better the performance of shareholders’and consumers’social responsibilities,and the higher the media will pay more attention to enterprises.The relationship between enterprises’fulfillment of employees’social responsibility and media attention is not significant.There is a significant positive relationship between the media’s attention to paper and paper enterprises and furniture manufacturing enterprises,and the competitiveness of enterprises.
