摘要
黑臭水体治理已成为城市水环境整治的一项重要工作,特别是在人口经济高度聚集、污染负荷严峻的珠三角地区,城市黑臭水体问题尤为突出,引起了政府的高度重视。以东莞市长安镇新民排渠为例,针对黑臭现状及成因,从控源截污、内源治理、源头活水、生态修复、堤岸治理等6个方面,提出系统的治理方案,以此为其他黑臭水体整治工程提供一定借鉴。
Black odorous water is a stubborn problem in urban environment improvement,especially in the Pearl River Delta region with a high concentration of population and economy and severe pollution load,the problem of black odorous water in the city is particularly prominent,which has aroused great attention from the government.Taking Xinmin drainage of Chang'an Town of Dongguan City as an example,aiming at the present situation and cause of black odorous water,the system governance scheme is put forward based on“top-level design,pollution control source,internal source treatment,source water circulation,ecological restoration and bank regulation”,so as to provide reference for other black odorous water remediation projects.
