摘要
以紫草油、VE和大豆卵磷脂为主要原料制备了一款舒缓膏。对舒缓膏进行临床功效测试,评价其舒缓刺激的效果。选择30名18~55岁中国健康受试者作为研究对象,在前臂内测通过胶带重复撕拉破坏皮肤屏障后,用组胺溶液刺激建立皮肤模型。在使用舒缓膏后,采集受试者前臂内侧照片和皮肤红斑指数(EI)值,并通过专家评估和自我评估对泛红、红肿和瘙痒进行评分。结果显示,自制舒缓膏可有效改善皮肤因刺激而产生的泛红和红肿,同时能缓解瘙痒,其效果显著好于皮肤自身改善效果。
A soothing cream is made using comfrey oil,VE and soybean lecithin as the main ingredients.We then carried out a clinical efficacy test of the soothing ointment to evaluate its effect on irritation soothing.Thirty effective healthy volunteers aged 18 to 55 were selected.After repeatedly tearing off the tape stuck to the inner side of the forearm to destroy the skin barrier,the skin area was stimulated with histamine solution to form the skin model.After using the soothing cream,a photo of the medial forearm and the skin erythema index(EI)value were collected.The evaluation on redness,swelling and itching was done based on the expert assessment and self-assessment.The result shows that soothing cream can effectively improve skin redness and swelling caused by skin irritation.At the same time,it can relieve itching sensation,and its effect is significantly better than the skin's own improvement effect.
