摘要
本文详细介绍了采用双螺杆熔融共混法,制备电动车专用阻燃材料的实验研究。深入探讨了不同组分添加量对复合材料性能的影响,确定最优工艺参数,最终制备出性能均优异的电动自行车前挡泥板阻燃PP复合材料和后挡泥板阻燃PC/ABS及PC/ASA合金材料,进一步拓宽了公司产品领域,提升了公司产品竞争力。
It is introduced in detail that the experimental study on the special flame retardant materials for electric bicycles by twin melt blending method in this paper.The influence of the different components on the properties of composite materials was discussed,and the optimal process parameters were determined.Finally the flame retardant PP composite materials of front fender and the flame retardant PC/ABS and PC/ASA alloy materials of rear fender for electric bicycles were prepared.The field of the company production is further widened and deepened,and the competitiveness of the company has been improved.
