摘要
视神经萎缩(OA)不是一种单独的疾病,它是多种因素导致视网膜神经节细胞及其轴突不可逆损害而引起的致盲性视神经病变。因发病机制复杂,现代医学对本病尚无确切的治疗手段,使其成为眼科临床治疗的难点之一。笔者通过临床反复实践发现,针灸治疗OA具有独特优势。本文基于视路尚未完全受损,通过保护残余的神经纤维可进一步提高视功能的特点,提出了OA的病机是以精阳之气失于升发、目中玄府闭塞为主,并以升阳开窍、宣通玄府为本病的基本治则,在临床上采用头部穴位联合眼周穴位进行针刺,取得满意疗效。
Optic atrophy(OA)is not a single disease,but a blinding optic neuropathy caused by irreversible damage of retinal ganglion cells and their axons caused by multiple factors.Because of its complex pathogenesis,modern medicine has no potent solution for this disease,making it one of the difficulties in ophthalmology clinic.The author found that acupuncture was of unique advantages in the treatment of OA through repeated clinical practice.Based on the fact that protecting the residual nerve fibers can further improve the visual function while optic path is not completely damaged,this paper proposed that the pathogenesis of OA was mainly the qi of pure yang lost in rising and the occlusion of the Xuanfu in the eye,the basic treatment of OA was to upraise yang,open the orifices,diffuse and open Xuanfu.Acupuncture at the head acupoints combined with the acupoints around the eye has achieved satisfactory clinical effect.
