摘要
目的了解养老机构患者相关环境金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)和鲍曼不动杆菌(AB)2种机会致病菌的分布情况。方法2019年11月—2020年8月间选取某地区3家养老机构,采集环境表面、人员手的样品44件,该地区2家医疗机构作为对照组,采集样品105件。送样后分离SA及AB。结果从3家养老机构44件样品中检出SA和AB共15件,总检出率34.1%;对照医疗机构总检出率22.9%。AB的总检出率高于SA(χ^(2)=3.94,P<0.05)。各监测对象均有菌株检出,检出率较高的为织物表面50.0%,人员手35.7%,厕所洁具表面44.4%。养老机构消毒与未消毒样品无明显差异,消毒后的光滑物体表面样品甚至高于未消毒样品。部分AB经脉冲场凝胶电泳检测显示未发现同源或高度同源的菌株。结论养老机构AB检出率高于SA,织物表面、厕所及洁具、人员手的污染情况较严重。
Objective To investigate the distribution of Staphlylococcus aureus(SA)and Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)in the patient-related environment in nursing homes,and to compared them with those in hospitals.Methods From November 2019 to August 2020,44 cases of environmental surface and hand samples were collected from 3 nursing homes in a certain area,and 105 cases were collected from 2 medical institutions in the same area as the control group.SA and AB were isolated after sample delivery.Results A total of 15 strains of SA and AB samples were detected from 44 samples in 3 nursing homes,with a total detection rate of 34.1%.The total detection rate of the control medical institutions was 22.9%.The total detection rate of AB was higher than that of SA(χ^(2)=3.94,P<0.05).Strains were detected in all monitored objects,and the high detection rate was 50.0%on fabric surface,35.7%on human hands and 44.4%on toilet surface.The total detection rate of fabric surface in nursing institutions was higher than that in medical institutions.No homologous or highly homologous strains of AB were found by PFGE.Conclusion In nursing home,the detection rate of AB is higher than that of SA in general.The pollution of fabric surface,toilet and sanitary,and personnel hands are serious.
