摘要
目的观察一种以醇类为防冻剂的双链季铵盐消毒剂在低温下的消毒效果。方法采用悬液和载体定量杀灭试验方法,对一种复配季铵盐消毒剂在低温下对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的消毒效果进行观察。结果以无水乙醇作为防冻剂的复配季铵盐消毒剂含二癸基二甲基氯化铵1000 mg/L,在0℃条件下,对悬液内大肠埃希菌作用20 min、对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min的杀灭对数值均>5.00;在-20℃条件下,含2000mg/L的该复配季铵盐消毒剂作用20 min,3000 mg/L作用10 min对含TSB载体上的大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均>3.00,3000 mg/L作用30 min对含牛血清白蛋白载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌的杀灭对数值分别为3.19和1.97。结论以醇类作为防冻剂的季铵盐消毒剂在低温下对细菌繁殖体仍具有一定的消毒效果。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant with alcohol as antifreeze at low temperatures.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and carrier quantitative germicidal test were both used to observe the efficacy of the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli at low temperature.Results The killing logarithms value of 1000 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant against Escherichia coli for 20 min and Staphylococcus aureus for 5 min were>5.00 by suspension test when the temperature was at 0℃.In the carrier test with TSB,the killing logarithm value of 2000 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus for 20 min and 3000 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant for 10 min were>3.00 at-20℃.In the carrier test with BSA,The killing logarithms value of 3000 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli for 30 min were 3.19 and 1.97 at-20℃.Conclusion Quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants with alcohol as antifreeze still has a certain disinfection effect on bacterial propagules at low temperature.
