摘要
新创企业合法性的获取是其克服新生缺陷、成功开展业务必不可少的前提条件,信息技术的发展改变了企业面临的合法性压力。大数据云会计的应用,通过反映经济活动价值而使组织获取社会的认可和支持。文章分析了在"大智移云"时代下,新创企业大数据及云会计的应用给其合法性获取带来了怎样的影响,以期为新创企业合法性获取提供新的思路。
The acquisition of the legitimacy of start-ups is an essential prerequisite for their overcoming new defects and starting a business.The development of information technology has changed the legitimacy pressure faced by enterprises.The application of big data cloud accounting enables organizations to obtain social recognition and support by reflecting the value of economic activities.This paper analyzes the impact of the application of big data and cloud accounting on the legitimacy acquisition of start-ups in the era of“great wisdom moving to the cloud”,in order to provide new ideas for the legitimacy acquisition of start-ups.
