摘要
通过对2016—2020年的郏县红牛保种场不同生长发育时期的牛进行系统的生产性能测定,对18月龄、24月龄、36月龄的牛只进行了背膘和眼肌面积测定。测定表明,郏县红牛的公、母牛体重平均值:初生分别为31.5 kg、29.5 kg,6月龄分别为152.8 kg、149.6 kg;12月龄分别为249.8 kg、227.9 kg,18月龄分别为346.6 kg、303.3 kg,24月龄分别为471.3 kg、389.0 kg,36月龄分别为563.4 kg、399.1 kg,郏县红牛公、母牛背膘厚平均值:18月龄分别为3.31 mm、5.25 mm,24月龄分别为4.19 mm、7.33 mm,36月龄分别为6.79 mm、9.33 mm。郏县红牛公、母牛眼肌面积平均值:18月龄分别为51.13 cm^(2)、57.89 cm^(2),24月龄分别为61.07 cm^(2)、68.29 cm^(2),36月龄分别为77.48 cm^(2)、73.79 cm^(2)。
Through the systematic production performance measurement of cattle at different growth and development stages of the Jiaxian Red Bull Breeding Farm from 2016 to 2020,the back fat and eye muscle area of 18-month-old,24-month-old and 36-month-old cattle were carried out.The results showed that the average weights of male and female cows of Jiaxian Red cattle were 31.5 kg and 29.5 kg at birth;152.8 kg and 149.6 kg at 6-month-old;249.8 kg and 227.9 kg at 12-month-old;346.6 kg and 303.3 kg at 18-month-old;471.3 kg and 389.0 kg at 24 months-old;563.4 kg and 399.1 kg at 36-months-old,respectively.The average backfat thickness of Jiaxian Red Bull males and cows were 3.31 mm and 5.25 mm at 18 months;4.19 mm and 7.33 mm at 24 months;6.79 mm and 9.33 mm at 36 months,respectively.The average eye muscle area of Jiaxian Red Bull bulls and cows:18 months old are 51.13 cm^(2) and 57.89 cm^(2) respectively;24 months old are 61.07 cm^(2) and 68.29 cm^(2);36 months old are 77.48 cm^(2) and 73.79 cm^(2),respectively.
