摘要
严师虽是一个具有深厚文化底蕴的词语,却满足了新时代教师发展的诉求。严师应是在符合职业规范和教育规律的前提下,立足关怀与爱,对自我与学生严格要求,同时能够为学生所敬畏,并促进学生健全发展的教师。当下,人们对这一概念在对象、价值、实践和情感角度仍存在错误认识,导致其不断被误解。而深入分析会发现,严师有其独特魅力,能够持续地在知、情、意、行四方面带领学生求“真”,始终是一个让学生可尊可敬的教师。
Although strict teacher is a vocabulary with profound cultural background,it meets the demands of teacher development in the new era.On the premise of conforming to professional norms and educational rules,strict teachers based on care and love have strict requirements for himself and students,and can be respected by students and promote the sound development of students.At present,people still have a wrong understanding of this concept from the perspective of object,value,practice and emotion,which leads to its constant misunderstanding.In fact,strict teachers have their own unique charm.They are always respectable teachers and can continue to lead students to seek“truth”in the four aspects of knowledge,affection,intention and behavior.
