摘要
民以食为天,粮为邦之本。粮食生产是我国经济发展中十分重要的一部分,粮食安全是国家安全的重要基础,直接影响人们的日常生活质量。面对粮食短缺等风险挑战,不仅要保证农业的稳定发展,更要确保粮食和农副产品的食品安全。随着市场监管越来越严格,粮油企业基本配备质检部门,本文对粮油企业食品安全检验过程中存在的问题加以分析,以期为提高粮油企业的食品安全检验结果准确度提供参考。
Food is the heaven for the people,and food is the foundation of the state.Grain production is a very important part of China's country's economic development.Food security is an important foundation for national security,which directly affects people's daily life.In the face of food shortage and other risks and challenges,we should not only ensure the stable development of agriculture,but also ensure the food safety of food and agricultural and sideline products.With the market supervision becoming more and more strict,grain and oil enterprises are basically equipped with quality inspection departments.In this paper,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the food safety inspection process of grain and oil enterprises,in order to provide reference for improving the accuracy of food safety inspection results of grain and oil enterprises.
