摘要
为了准确评价我国企业领导者安全奖惩缺失水平,首先,参考多因子领导问卷(MLQ)、领导者奖惩问卷(LRPQ)和领导者奖惩缺失问卷(LRPOQ)的相关研究成果,确定适合我国安全生产管理情境的领导者安全奖惩缺失(SLRPO)的两个维度--领导者安全奖励缺失和安全惩罚缺失,并采用李克特7级量表,编制SLRPO初始题项;然后,基于高危行业557份有效调查样本,对初始量表进行项目分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析及校标关联效度检验。结果表明,由两个维度构成的SLRPO量表具有很好的信度和效度,可有效测量各类高危行业企业领导者安全奖励与惩罚缺失水平。
To accurately measure safety-specific leader reward and punishment omission in Chinese enterprises,this study aims to develop a valid assessment scale of safety-specific leader reward and punishment omission among high-risk firms in China.Firstly,based on related findings on Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire(MLQ),Leader Reward and Punishment Questionnaire(LRPQ),and Leader Reward and Punishment Omission Questionnaire(LRPOQ),two dimensions of Safety-specific Leader Reward and Punishment Omission(SLRPO),suitable for the context of safety production management in China,have been determined:safety-specific Leader reward omission(SLRO)and safety punishment omission(SLPO).Then,the 7-oint Likert scale is used to generate the initial items of the SLRPO.After a field investigation in a large-scale iron and steel enterprise and a large-scale construction enterprise,this study merges similar items,deletes redundant items and modifies item semantics,and thus generates six items for SLRO and six items for SLPO.Following this,a total of 307 valid samples,collected from high-risk sectors such as coal mine,non-coal mine,machinery manufacturing,construction,hazardous chemicals,metal smelting,power/gas,building materials,light industry,and commerce and trade,were used to evaluate the homogeneity reliability and validity of twelve initial items.Furthermore,to evaluate the retest reliability of the scale,250 front-line workers from 20 high-risk firms are selected to fill in the SLRPO questionnaire.Specifically,we use SPSS 20.0 to conduct item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and criterion-related validity and apply AMOS 17.0 to perform confirmatory factor analysis.The results show that the scale of SLRPO,consisting of two dimensions,demonstrates excellent reliability and validity.The results of regression analysis also indicate that both SLRO and SLPO,two dimensions of slrpo,have a significant positive correlation with the safety violation frequency of respondents surveyed and their coworkers.Hence,the above findings suggest t
