摘要 随着近零能耗/零能耗建筑的快速发展,产能建筑的研究和实际探索也逐渐深入。德国产能建筑发展最早、步伐最快,日本也开始了典型项目的实践探索。随着近零能耗/零能耗建筑和光伏建筑的不断实践和光伏价格的不断下降,我国产能建筑也将进入一个新的阶段。从光伏建筑的发展开始,介绍了德国、美国、日本产能建筑的发展历程,通过解读各国产能建筑的定义,对我国产能建筑的定义和发展进行了阐述。阐述了德国和日本已有记录的产能建筑典型案例的规模、建筑类型和特点,总结得到数据验证的产能建筑均有较好的建筑围护结构、新风热回收系统和大面积的建筑光伏综合应用。目前只有德国建立了产能建筑认证评估体系。 With the rapid development of near-zero energy/zero energy buildings,research and practical exploration of energy-plus buildings are gradually being carried out.Energy-plus building was developed firstly in German.Japan has also carried out demonstration projects.China’s energy-plus buildings will enter into a new stage with the continuous practice of near zero/zero energy buildings and photovoltaic buildings and the continuous decline of photovoltaic prices.The development history of energy-plus buildings in Germany,the United States,and Japan is introduced from the development of BIPV building firstly,definitions of the special building are expounded and analyzed,then its development and definition in China are described.Typical practices of energy-plus building in Germany and Japan were introduced on the scale,building types and characteristics afterwards.The energy-plus buildings verified by the data have good envelopes,fresh air and heat recovery systems,and large-area integrated PV.Certification system of energy-plus building was found in Germany only.
