摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜结肠癌切除联合完整结肠系膜切除治疗老年结肠癌的临床效果。方法将2018年2月至2019年2月我院收治的110例老年结肠癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组行传统开腹完整结肠系膜切除治疗,观察组行腹腔镜结肠癌切除联合完整结肠系膜切除治疗。比较两组的相关临床指标及术后并发症情况。结果两组的手术时间、术中出血量比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组清扫淋巴结数量高于对照组,术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为5.45%,低于对照组的23.64%(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜结肠癌切除联合完整结肠系膜切除治疗老年结肠癌能够有效提高手术效果,促进术后恢复,减少术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic colon cancer resection combined with complete mesocolon resection in the treatment of elderly colon cancer.Methods 110 elderly patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open complete mesocolon resection,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic colon cancer resection combined with complete mesocolon resection.The related clinical indicators and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of dissected lymph nodes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.45%,lower than 23.64%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic colon cancer resection combined with complete mesocolon resection in the treatment of elderly colon cancer can effectively improve the surgical effect,promote the postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
