摘要
为帮供热公司在停暖事故发生后制定抢修方案提供定量参考,本研究选取北京板式居住建筑为研究对象,运用DeST模拟不同楼层数、单元数、初始室内温度、围护结构保温性能的建筑停暖事故,定义三种最大应急保障时长,分析停暖后不同位置热用户降温差别,确定不同影响因素下建筑最大应急保障时长。研究结果表明:最大应急保障时长与建筑单元数、楼层数关系较小;停暖事故发生后,停暖事故下顶层边侧用户降温速度最快,底层中部用户降温最慢;建筑16℃最大应急保障时长为1~9 h;5℃最大应急保障时长为21~65 h;0℃最大应急保障时长为82~143 h。
To provide quantitative reference for heating companies to formulate emergency repair plans after the heating shutdown accident,Beijing plate residential buildings are selected as the research object in this study,DeST is used to simulate building heating accidents of different floors,units,initial indoor temperature and insulation performance of enclosure structure to define the three maximum emergency support times,analyze the difference in the cooling of thermal users in different locations after the heating shutdown,and determine the maximum emergency guarantee time of the building under different influencing factors.The research results show that the maximum emergency support time is less related to the number of building units and floors,after the accident,the users on the top floor cooled the fastest,and the users in the middle part of the bottom cooled the slowest.The maximum emergency support time of the building 16℃is 1~9 h,5℃is 21~65 h,0℃is 82~143 h.
