摘要
采用巴旦木壳为原料制备活性炭吸附剂,以活性艳蓝KN-R模拟废水环境,探讨优化吸附条件。巴旦木壳经ZnCl_(2)改性、马弗炉烧制、盐酸煮沸制得活性炭吸附剂。对吸附影响较大的因素有微波、光辐射的辅助作用,吸附时间,染料质量浓度,吸附剂用量。经过正交实验得出的优化组合:吸附时间2 min,染料质量浓度150 mg/L,吸附剂用量0.2 g。改性巴旦木壳吸附剂的吸附符合Langmuir与Freundlich吸附等温线,符合准二级动力学方程。
The activated carbon adsorbent was prepared from badan shell.The reactive brilliant blue KNR was used to simulate the wastewater environment,and the optimum adsorption conditions were discussed.Badam shell was modified by ZnCl_(2),fired in muffle furnace and boiled in hydrochloric acid to prepare activated carbon adsorbent.The major factors that had a great influence on adsorption test include were as follows:the auxiliary effect of microwave and light radiation,adsorption time,dye mass concentration and adsorbent dosage.The best combination obtained by orthogonal experiment was as follows:adsorption time 2 min,dye mass concentration 150 mg/L,adsorbent dosage 0.2 g.The adsorption of modified badam shell adsorbent was consistent with Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm,and it was also consistent with quasi-second-order kinetic equation.
