摘要
目的:探讨无充气经腋窝入路腔镜下单侧甲状腺肿瘤切除术的疗效。方法:选取69例行单侧甲状腺肿瘤切除术病人的临床资料;其中,无充气经腋窝入路腔镜单侧甲状腺肿瘤切除术39例(观察组),开放性单侧甲状腺肿瘤切除术30例(对照组);比较2组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后48 h引流量、术后住院时间、术后并发症及手术切口满意情况。结果:观察组手术时间、术后住院时间较对照组长,术后切口满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组在术中出血量、术后48 h引流量及术后并发症方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无充气经腋窝入路腔镜下单侧甲状腺肿瘤切除术临床效果明确,美容效果好。
Objective:To investigate the effects of unilateral thyroid tumor resection under endoscopic thyroidectomy through axillary approach without aeration.Methods:The clinical data of 69 patients treated with unilateral thyroid tumor resection were analyzed.Thirty-nine patients treated with unilateral thyroid tumor resection under endoscopic thyroidectomy through axillary approach without aeration and 30 patients treated with unilateral thyroid tumor resection were divided into the observation group and control group,respectively.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,48-hour postoperative drainage volume,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative complications and surgical incision satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in observation group were longer than that in control group(P<0.01).The postoperative incision satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The differences of the intraoperative blood loss and drainage volume after 48h of operation and postoperative complications were not statistically significant between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The unilateral thyroid tumor resection under endoscopic thyroidectomy through axillary approach without aeration has clear clinical effect and good cosmetic effect.
