摘要
目的探究人文关怀与护患沟通在新型冠状病毒肺炎患者中的应用效果。方法根据患者的临床症状、心理问题及全身状况评估存在的护理问题,制订相应的护患沟通方式,实施人文关怀护理。结果患者的病情得到了改善,体温降低了,缺氧症状得到了改善,心理压力得到了缓解,能更好地配合医生进行治疗。结论对于新型冠状病毒肺炎患者,不但要重视疾病的护理,更重要的是如何有效缓解隔离病房环境对患者心理上的负面影响。人文关怀与护患沟通的应用,既能建立良好的护患关系,改善患者负面情绪,增加自觉健康行为,又能提高患者依从性,更好地帮助其治疗疾病,促进早日康复。
Objective Study on the application effect of humane care and nurse-patient communication in coronavirus disease 2019.Methods According to the patient′s clinical symptoms,psychological problems and general conditions,we evaluate existing nursing problems and formulate nurse-patient communication methods to implement humanistic nursing.Results The patient′s condition improved.Fever is reduced and hypoxia improved.It can help relieve stress and achieve active cooperation with doctors for better treatment.Conclusion Patients with coronavirus disease 2019 should not only pay attention to disease care,more importantly,concentrate much on how to effectively relieve the negative impact on patients′particular psychology because of the isolation environment.The application of Humane care and nurse-patient communication can build a good nurse-patient relationship and improve the negative emotion of patients so as to increase consciousness of health behavior and improve treatment compliance of patients.As a result,it can better help cure of disease and achieve a speedy recovery.
