硫化氢抑制中性粒细胞胞外捕网形成的研究进展

The research progression of hydrogen sulfide inhibiting the neutrophil extracellular traps formation

摘要 硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide,H_(2)S)在抑制中性粒细胞胞外捕网(neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs)的形成中发挥重要的生理作用。H_(2)S通过多种途径抑制NETs的形成,包括抑制血小板活化介导的NETs产生,上调miR-16-5P抑制其目标基因磷酸肌醇-3-激酶调节亚基1(phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit 1,PIK3R1)和RAF1的表达,抑制丝裂原活化蛋白激酶家族(mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPKs)细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶(extracellular signal-regulated kinase,ERK)途径,减少活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)及呼吸爆发,降低自噬和细胞内钙离子水平等。文章就硫化氢类药物及其衍生制品的研发和应用、NETs相关疾病的临床防治进行了综述。 The hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)plays a crucial physiological role on inhibiting neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)formation.Hydrogen sulfide regulates the formation of NETs through a variety of pathways,including inhibition of platelet activation mediated NETs production,up-regulation of MiR-16-5p that inhibits the expression of target genes PI3KR1 and RAF1,inhibition ofthe MAPK family ERK protein kinase pathway,reduction of ROS and respiratory burst levels,and reduction of autophagy and intracellular calcium levels.The development and application ofhydrogen sulfide drugs and their derivatives,clinical prevention and treatment of NETs related diseases were reviewed.
