摘要 为进一步提升工作面通风系统的效率和安全性,分析导致工作面通风失稳问题的主要原因,并对提出的风叶角度调节、电机变频调速以及风门开度调节三种方案的优劣势进行对比,最终采用对风门开度调节的总体思路实现对通风失稳的控制,提出具体操作方案,并对失稳控制效果进行验证。 In order to further improve the efficiency and safety of the working face ventilation system,the main causes of ventilation instability at the working face are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the three proposed schemes of air vane angle adjustment,motor variable frequency speed regulation and dampers opening adjustment are compared,and finally the general idea of dampers opening adjustment is adopted to realize the control of ventilation instability,and the specific operation scheme is proposed and the effect of instability control is verified.The specific operation plan is proposed and the effect of destabilization control is verified.
