介绍了双齿辊式破碎机的基本结构组成,开发了基于LabVIEW的双齿辊破碎机运行状态监测系统。该系统能够对双齿辊破碎机轴承温度、转子振动、运行电流、供油压力等信号进行实时监测和分析,为设备的可靠运行提供了保障。
Introduced the structure of double tooth roller crusher, and developed a running condition monitoring system of double tooth roller crusher based on LabVIEW. The system can monitor and analyze the bearing temperature, rotor vibration, running current and fuel supply pressure of the double tooth roller crusher in real time, so as to provide a guarantee for the reliable operation of the equipment.
