摘要
对煤矿安全监控系统主要故障类型及致因进行了分析,针对故障产生的原因,提出了选择合适的设备和线缆、合理的设备布局和线缆铺设、专供电源+备用电源的供电方式,做好设备下井前的预热和调试准备工作。在设备安设过程中,按照规范的流程和步骤进行操作、接线,在后期加强管理、维护和培训等措施,能够有效降低系统故障率,提高系统的稳定性和可靠性。
The coal mine safety monitoring system main fault types and causes were analyzed, aiming at the causes of fault, proposed to choose the appropriate equipment and cables, the reasonable equipment layout and cable laying, the power supply mode of scene for power+standby power, the preheating and debugging before equipment under the well preparation. In the process of equipment installed, operate and wire according to the standard process and steps, in the later stage strengthen management, maintenance and training measures, which can effectively reduce the system fault rate, improve the stability and reliability of the system.
