摘要
针对国内煤炭港口堆场扬尘问题,从建立新型堆场抑尘技术为出发点,实现煤垛水分散失定期补水,构建均匀水膜、冰膜,研制智能移动洒水平台、喷淋系统、上水单元、储水单元及远程控制终端,从而搭建大覆盖范围、均匀洒水、高智能化、少投资的堆场智能水幕系统,构建露天煤炭堆场洒水新体系,为露天煤炭堆场抑尘防污染提供了新方法。
Aiming at dust problem in storage yards of coal ports in China, started from establishing new dust suppression technology for storage yard, achieved regular water supplement for coal piles, established uniform water film and ice film, and developed intelligent mobile sprinkler platform, spraying system,water supply module, water storage module and remote-control terminal. So an intelligent water curtain system was built in the yard with wide coverage, uniform sprinkle, high intelligence and less investment,constructed a new watering system for open-pit coal yards, and provided a new method of dust suppression and antipollution for open-air coal storage yard.
