斜齿行星轮减速器接触特性研究

摘要 利用SolidWorks建立斜齿行星轮减速器立体模型,选取轮齿啮合部位作为研究对象,通过ANSYS Workbench对斜齿行星轮啮合进行静力学分析,研究斜齿行星轮减速器啮合处应力变化与变形量。同时根据赫兹接触理论,利用MATLAB软件对斜齿行星轮的轮齿间啮合力进行数学建模理论分析,与ANSYS仿真结果进行对比,验证斜齿行星轮系设计的合理性,为斜齿行星轮系优化改进提供参考依据。 Using SolidWorks to establish a three-dimensional model of the helical planetary gear reducer, selected the meshing position of the gear teeth as the research object, conducted a static analysis on the helical planetary gear meshing through ANSYS Workbench, and studied the stress change and deformation amount at the meshing position of the helical planetary gear reducer. At the same time, according to the Hertz contact theory, using MATLAB software to analyze the mathematical modeling of the meshing force between the teeth of the helical planetary gear. Compared the theoretical analysis with the ANSYS simulation results to verify the rationality of the helical planetary gear design.For the helical planetary gear system optimization and improvement provided a reference basis.
