摘要
智能制造时代正在到来,为探明智能化无人车间的建构模式并领会其运作逻辑需求,引入"车间智能体"和"车间镜像"概念,以机器人为主体、生产工序为对象、车间全景为环境,探讨智能化无人车间的智能化和镜像化建构模式,并将智能化无人车间分解为生产作业系统、边缘计算系统和远程监控系统,阐释智能化无人车间的运作逻辑。分析表明:智能化无人车间即升级为智能机器人一元生产模式,并在网络空间形成生产车间的远程镜像孪生体,将成为制造行业的标配;可分解为车间实体、车间智能体、车间镜像三大部分,各部分之间的转化包含智能化和镜像化两个过程,智能化包括机器人自感、生产工序感知和车间全景感知,镜像化包括机器人镜像映射、工序镜像映射和车间全景镜像映射;运作架构由生产作业系统、边缘计算系统和远程监控系统构成,其中生产作业系统是执行躯干、边缘计算系统是决策中枢、远程监控系统是应急外脑,三者密切配合,共同实现车间运作。
The era of intelligent manufacturing is coming. In order to explore the construction mode of intelligent unmanned workshop and understand its operation logic requirements, this paper introduces the concepts of "workshop agent" and "workshop mirror", discusses the intelligent and mirror construction mode of intelligent unmanned workshop with robot as the main body, production process as the object and workshop panorama as the environment, divides the intelligent unmanned workshop into production operation system, edge computing system and remote monitoring system, and explains the operation logic of intelligent unmanned workshop. The analysis shows that the intelligent unmanned workshop is upgraded to the unitary production mode of intelligent robot, and the remote mirror twin of the production workshop is formed in the network space, which will become the standard configuration of the manufacturing industry;it can be divided into three parts of workshop entity, workshop agent and workshop image, the transformation between each part includes two processes as intellectualization and mirroring, intellectualization includes robot self perception, production process perception and workshop panoramic perception, and mirroring includes robot image mapping, work process image mapping and workshop panoramic image mapping;its operation framework consists of production operation system, edge computing system and remote monitoring system, among them, the production operation system is the executive trunk, the edge computing system is the decision-making center, and the remote monitoring system is the emergency external brain, the three cooperate closely to realize workshop operation.
