老年下肢关节置换患者围手术期神经认知障碍的研究进展

Advances in the perioperative neurocognitive disorders in elderly patients with lower limb arthroplasty

摘要 围手术期神经认知障碍(perioperative neurocognitive disorders,PND)持续受研究者高度关注,高龄及关节置换术是PND的高危因素,亦是研究热点。文章综述神经阻滞、多模式阵痛、麻醉深度及各类药物干预措施等对老年患者下肢关节置换术术后PND的影响,旨在为广大研究者提供更为清晰的研究方向。 Perioperative neurocognitive disorders(PND)continuously arouse researcher's interest.Age and arthroplasty are study hotspots as well as high-risk factors of PND.This review summarized the impact of nerve block,multimodal analgesia,anesthesia depth and various drug interventions on PND,aiming to provide researchers with a clear perspective of PND study.
