摘要
万历年间,广西思明土府的官族为了争夺"四寨六团"归属权,不惜同室操戈。出于调停纷争的需要,明廷将"四寨六团"归思明土府同知所辖。在此过程中,"四寨六团"渐渐成为一个独立的辖区,有政区之实却无政区之名。又因同知久不驻该地,"四寨六团"在此后一直面临着行政治理的困难。清初,"四寨六团"的地方秩序已经失控,清廷付出惨痛的代价后才将"四寨六团"的叛乱平定,并实设宁明州知州对该地进行专治管理,然而在善后措施中又使原思明土府同知兼管上石西州事务,使得当地又出现一个畸形的辖区——明江厅,并影响了民间记忆与官方书写,以至于明江厅似无政区之实却存政区之名。
During the Wanli period, in order to compete for the ownership of"Si Zhai Liu Tuan "(四寨六团), the officials of Siming Tufu(思明土府)in Guangxi did not hesitate to fight with each other. In order to mediate the disputes, the Ming government put the"Si Zhai Liu Tuan"in the disputed area under the jurisdiction of Siming Tufu Tongzhi(同知). In this process, the"Si Zhai Liu Tuan"gradually became an independent jurisdiction, which had the reality of a political region but no name of a political region. And because Tongzhi was not stationed there for a long time,"Si Zhai Liu Tuan"kept facing difficulties in administrative governance since then. In the early Qing Dynasty, the local order of the"Si Zhai Liu Tuan"was out of control. The Qing government paid a heavy price to put down the rebellion of the"Si Zhai Liu Tuan", and set up a member of Ningming zhou(宁明州)Zhizhou(知州)to govern the place. However, in the aftercare measures, the Siming Tufu Tongzhi was made to know and manage the affairs of Shangshixi Zhou(上石西州), resulting in another abnormal local jurisdiction—Mingjiang Ting(明江厅), which affected the folk memory and official writing, so that Mingjiang Ting seemed to have no element of a complete administrative region, but maintain the name of a complete administrative region.
