摘要
目的:综合运用三部推拿疗法与针刺(电针)疗法,并对其治疗特发性面神经麻痹(风寒型)的House-Brackmann(HB)面神经功能评分展开观察和疗效评价。方法:纳入特发性面神经麻痹(风寒型)患者76例,并随机分为试验组和对照组各38例,均予营养神经药物口服;治疗前3次(第1周),两组均予患侧常规毫针针刺治疗,治疗第4次(第2周)起均予患侧常规电针治疗;治疗组每次针刺(电针)治疗前予三部推拿疗法治疗,对照组针刺(电针)前予传统推拿疗法治疗;两组均每周治疗3次,隔日1次,共治疗9次(3周):记录两组患者治疗前和治疗9次后的面神经功能评分并进行统计分析。结果:治疗9次后,试验组面神经功能评分情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗9次后,试验组总有效率为89.19%,对照组总有效率为75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三部推拿结合针刺(电针)疗法和传统推拿结合针刺(电针)疗法均可促进特发性面神经麻痹(风寒型)患者恢复面神经功能,且前者疗效优于后者,前者较后者在病程上具有缩短的趋势。
Objective:To provide an alternative treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis(cold wind type)and evidence-based medical solution to that disease by observing the clinical effect of three-position massage technology and acupuncture treatment on IFP.Methods:76 cases of idiopathic facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=38)and control group(n=38).Patients from both groups were given oral neurotrophic medicine every day and were given 3 times traditional acupuncture on the affected side in the first week while all the patients given electroacupuncture treatment on the affected side in the second and last week.During the whole treatment,patients from the treatment group were given three-position massage technology before acupuncture,while patients from the other group were taken traditional massage.Both groups were treated in the same frequency--three times in a week(once in every other day)and nine times in total.Then an objective comparison of the changes in patients’facial nerve function scores were made by analyzing the score differences before and after the treatment.Results:After three weeks’treatment,the facial nerve function scores between the two groups showed significant differences(P<0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was89.19%while the control group was 75.68%(P<0.05),with treatment group being better than the control group.Conclusion:Both the three-position massage technology combined with acupuncture therapy and traditional massage combined with acupuncture therapy can promote the recovery of facial nerve function in patients with idiopathic facial paralysis(wind cold type),and the former is better than the latter in shortening the course of disease.
