摘要
目的研究邢氏针法联合黄连温胆汤加减治疗对痰热内扰型中风后失眠症患者的睡眠、疲劳和生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2019年12月医院收治的中风后失眠症患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为中药组和针药组各30例,中药组用黄连温胆汤治疗,针药组邢氏针法联合黄连温胆汤加减治疗,治疗15 d后,比较两组临床疗效和中医证候积分,采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评价睡眠质量,并比较Flinders疲劳量表(FFS)、中风专用生活质量评分量表(SS-QOL)评分。结果针药组总有效率(90.00%,27/30)明显高于中药组(66.67%,20/30)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医证候积分、AIS评分、PSQI指数、FFS评分、SS-QOL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、AIS评分、PSQI指数、FFS评分与治疗前比较显著下降,SS-QOL评分显著增大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),针药组中医证候积分、AIS评分、PSQI指数、FFS评分明显小于中药组,SS-QOL评分明显大于中药组。结论邢氏针法联合黄连温胆汤加减治疗痰热内扰型中风后失眠症疗效确切,能有效改善患者睡眠治疗,解除疲劳,提高生活质量。
e Objective To investigate effect of Xing’s acupuncture combined with Huanglian Wendan Decoction(黄连温胆汤)on sleep,fatigue and quality of life in insomnia patients after stroke of phlegm interference syndrome.s Methods Sixty patients with insomnia after stroke in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled and divided into two groups by random number table methods,each with 30 cases.The TCM group received Huanglian Wendan Decoction,while the acupuncture group received Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with Xing’s acupuncture.Treatment in both groups lasted for 15 days.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome integral,scores of Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI),Flinders Fatigue Scale(FFS)and Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)were compared between groups.s Results The clinical efficacy of the acupuncture group was higher than that of the TCM group(90.00%vs 66.67%,P<0.05).TCM syn-drome score,AIS score,PSQI index,FFS score and SS-QOL score had no significant difference between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,AIS score,PSQI index and FFS score were decreased in both groups,and were lower in the acupuncture group than those in the TCM group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,SS-QOL score was in-creased in both groups after treatment,and was higher in the acupuncture group than that in the TCM group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Conclu-sion Application of Xing’s acupuncture combined with Huanglian Wendan Decoction can effectively improve the sleep quality,alleviate the fatigue and improve quality of life for patients with insomnia after stroke.
