摘要 由于大多数分布式能源都接入到配电系统中,分布式能源聚合商的策略性竞标行为会对配电系统的运行产生重大影响。因此,分布式能源聚合商的市场竞标问题需要考虑配电网安全校核的影响。将配电系统安全校核混合整数优化问题作为下层问题引入,将分布式能源聚合商作为价格制定者在日前能量和备用联合市场的竞标行为建立为一个上下层均同时包含连续和离散变量的双层混合整数非线性规划模型。然后采用传统的Karush-Kuhn-Tucker重构法将该双层混合整数非线性规划模型转化为上下层均同时包含连续和离散变量的双层混合整数线性规划模型。再采用基于松弛技术的双层重构和分解法求解。最后,对一个实际输配联合系统进行了案例分析和算法有效性验证。 With the integration of most distributed energy resources(DERs) into the distribution systems, the strategic bidding behavior of a DER aggregator will have a significant impact on the operation of the distribution system. Therefore,the strategic bidding problem of a DER aggregator should take the impact of security verification of the distribution system into consideration. By introducing the mixed-integer security verification problems of the distribution system as the lower-level mixed integer optimization problem, this paper proposes a bi-level mixed-integer nonlinear programming(BMINLP) model with both the continuous and the discrete variables in both the upper-and the lower-level problems to investigate the strategic bidding behavior of the price-maker DER aggregator in day-ahead joint energy and reserve markets.Then, the traditional Karush-Kuhn-Tucker reformulation method is used to transform the BMINLP model into a bi-level mixed-integer linear programming(BMILP) model.Afterwards, the relaxation-based bi-level reformulation and decomposition technique is used to solve the BMILP model with both continuous and discrete variables in both the upperand the lower-level problems. Finally, case studies are carried out on a practical integrated transmission and distribution systems, and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is validated.
