摘要
把熵概念拓展到心理学领域,能很好地解释心理现象。基于系统思维的整体观念对心理熵的内涵进行多维度解析后发现:能量转化程度、混乱程度、平衡程度、确定程度、稳定程度的大与小都体现熵的双重功能,均可带来积极或消极作用。用中性词“影响”来定义心理熵比用“积极或消极作用”更为恰当。心理熵就是度量心理系统内外的物质、信息、能量对人的心理和行为的影响程度,只涉及积极或消极影响的可能性,而心理负熵和正熵分别度量积极或消极作用值的大小。用系统思维厘定心理熵所带来的启示:尽管人们不能从根本上抵制熵的自发增长,但可以在克制欲望、挖掘内源负熵、谨言慎行上发挥主观能动作用,以尽量使熵的影响走向积极。
Extending the concept of entropy to the field of psychology can well explain psychological phenomena.After analyzing the connotation of psychological entropy in many dimensions,it is found that the degree of energy transformation,the degree of chaos,the degree of balance,the degree of certainty,and the degree of stability,both large and small,embody the dual functions of entropy and can bring positive or negative effects.It is more appropriate to use the neutral word "influence"to define psychological entropy than to use positive or negative effects.Psychological entropy is to measure the degree of influence of material,information and energy inside and outside the psychological system on human psychology and behavior.The enlightening significance of this understanding of psychological entropy is that although people can not fundamentally resist the increase of entropy,people can play a subjective and active role in slowing down the increase of entropy,being cautious in words and deeds,and restraining desires,so as to make the influence of entropy as positive as possible.
