摘要
目的:构建血液透析信息共享平台,探究其对非计划拔管风险的影响。方法:选择浏览器与服务器(B/S)模式,以ASP.NET为开发技术,Visual studio 2010为开发平台,以Windows server 2005为数据管理系统,构建血液透析信息共享平台。选取医院收治的110例血液透析患者,按照就诊时间顺序将其分为对照组(54例)和观察组(56例),对照组给予常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上,构建血液透析信息共享平台实施管理,对比两组非计划拔管发生率、非计划拔管原因以及医护人员对管理方法的满意度评价。结果:观察组非计划拔管发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=5.238,P<0.05);观察组涉及的医务人员对操作更加简单顺利、风险管理能力、快速筛查出风险人群、获得患者信息精准性、保证患者安全及满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.448,t=4.310,t=2.928,t=3.194,t=5.545,t=14.885;P<0.05)。结论:血液透析信息共享平台可显著降低非计划拔管发生风险,医护人员对该管理方法满意度较高。
Objective:To construct a hemodialysis information sharing platform and explore its impact on the risk of unplanned extubation.Method:The hemodialysis information sharing platform was constructed in the browser and server(B/S)mode,using ASP.NET as the development technology,Visual studio 2010 as the development platform and Windows server 2005 as the data management system.A total of 110 hemodialysis patients admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(56 cases)according to the time of consultation.The control group was adopted routine management,and the observation group was adopted the management of hemodialysis information sharing platform on the basis of the control group.The incidence of unplanned extubation,the causes of unplanned extubation and the satisfaction of medical staff on the management method between the two groups were compared.Results:The rate of incidence of unplanned extubation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=5.238,P<0.05);the scores of medical staff on more simple and smooth operations,improved risk management ability,ability to quickly screen risky groups,accuracy to obtain patients'information,and guaranteed patients'safety and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.448,t=4.310,t=2.928,t=3.194,t=5.545,t=14.885;P<0.05).Conclusion:The hemodialysis information sharing platform can significantly reduce the risk of unplanned extubation,and medical staff are highly satisfied with this management method.
