摘要
阐述大城市电网现状,智能自愈控制、非电量信号监测技术为配电网智能化建设寻求技术支持,探讨电网运行高低压同质化管理,提出电力企业提升配电网智能化水平的管理办法。
This paper expounds the current situation of urban power grid, intelligent self-healing control and non electric quantity signal monitoring technology, seeks technical support for the intelligent construction of distribution network, discusses the high and low voltage homogeneous management of power grid operation, and puts forward the management methods for power enterprises to improve the intelligent level of distribution network.
