基于排气声品质双尾管排气系统优化设计

Optimization of double-tailpipe exhaust system based on exhaust noise quality

摘要 某车型在整车主观评价时发现两个排气声品质问题:怠速声压过高,且存在压耳膜感;加速尾管噪声偏大。针对这两个问题,对排气消声器结构进行优化;经试验验证,该优化方案满足设计要求,改善了排气声品质,顺利通过整车主观评价。 Two exhaust noise quality problems were found when doing subjective assessment of a vehicle:obvious idling noise with a sense of eardrum pressing,and high tailpipe noise when accelerating.Aiming at the two problems,the structure of the exhaust muffler was optimized.The experimental results showed that the optimization scheme met the design requirements,improved the exhaust noise quality,and passed the subjective assessment successfully.
