4种栽培基质诱导对毛木耳781液体发酵产漆酶活力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以毛木耳781菌株为研究对象,进行DNA测序鉴定确定其种源可靠性,再研究添加木屑、麦麸、棉籽壳和玉米芯4种材料对其液体发酵产漆酶活力的影响。结果表明:供试菌株测序结果同毛木耳相似性高达98%以上,为毛木耳下的一个分支。不同诱导培养基对漆酶活性的影响差异极显著(P<0.001),但它们的漆酶活力各不相同。相比之下,含麦麸的基本培养基中漆酶活力高于含木屑、玉米芯或棉籽壳的基本培养基,说明麦麸更适合作为提高毛木耳781菌株产漆酶能力的诱导物。 An Auricularia cornea 781 strain was used as the research object.DNA sequencing was performed to determine the reliability of its provenance.The effect of four different substrates(sawdust,wheat bran,cotton seed husk and corncob)on the laccase-producing activity of Auricularia cornea 781 by liquid-state fermentation was analyzed.The results showed that the similarity between the tested strain and Auricularia cornea was more than 98%,and it was a branch under Auricularia cornea.The effect of different cultivation substrates on the laccase-producing activity was extremely significant(P<0.001),but the laccase-producing activities in different cultivation substrates were different.The laccase-producing activity in wheat bran substrate was higher than that in sawdust,cotton seed husk or corncob substrate,indicating that wheat bran was more suitable as an inducer to improve the laccase-producing ability of Auricularia cornea 781.
