摘要
针对设备巡检管理、安全生产点检、设备润滑等方面存在的问题,塬林选煤厂实施了二维码+移动互联网+云技术的二维码技术方案.生产实践表明:该选煤厂推进二维码技术的应用,既提高了设备巡检效率,又有效提高了选煤厂自动化、信息化、智能化、无纸化办公水平。
To tackle the problems encountered by the plant in equipment patrol inspection management,spot inspection for safety in operation,and equipment lubrication,the QR code technology integrating with mobile network and cloud technology is applied.Practice shows the use of the technology can effectively improve the levels of automation,information,intelligence and paperless office work,especially the efficiency of equipment patrol inspection work of the plant.
