摘要
骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种以骨量低下、骨微结构破坏、骨脆性增加,易并发骨折的代谢性骨病。近年来关于中医药防治骨质疏松症研究不断深入,发现异补骨脂素有促进骨形成、抑制骨吸收、改善软骨细胞状态等作用,具有成为治疗OP有效药物的潜质。该文结合相关研究总结了异补骨脂素对骨代谢、软骨细胞、OP动物模型的影响,并且从药物安全性进行了探讨,为后续异补骨脂素的开发提供资料。
Osteoporosis(OP)is a metabolic bone disorder characterized by low bone mass,loss of microstructure,increased brittleness,and advanced fracture.In recent years,researches on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine have been continuously deepening.It has been found that isopsoralen promotes bone formation,inhibits bone absorption,and improves chondrocyte status,which has the potential to become an effective drug in the treatment of OP.Combined with relevant studies,this paper summarizes the effect of isopsoralen on bone metabolism,chondrocytes,and OP animal models,and discusses the safety of the drug,so as to provide data for the subsequent development of isopsoralen.
