摘要
目的探讨卒中后抑郁患者应用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合盐酸曲唑酮片治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月盘锦市人民医院收治的78例卒中后抑郁患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组和观察组治疗方式分别为单用盐酸曲唑酮片及盐酸曲唑酮片联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分、抑郁情绪评分、治疗期间不良反应发生率及治疗有效率。结果治疗前两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率比较,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗有效率比较,与对照组(82.05%)比较,观察组(97.44%)更高(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合盐酸曲唑酮片治疗卒中后抑郁的临床效果显著,不仅能有效减轻患者神经功能缺损程度,还能改善患者抑郁情绪,且不良反应较少。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of flupentixol and melitroxine tablets(Dailysine) combined with trazodone hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression. Methods A total of 78 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to Panjin City People’s Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 39 cases in each group.The treatment methods of the 2 groups were trazodone hydrochloride tablets alone and trazodone hydrochloride tablets combined with flupentixol and melitroxine tablets. The neurological deficit scores, depression scores, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the rate of adverse reaction were compared, and the difference between the 2 groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the total effective rate of treatment was compared with the control group(82.05%), and the study group(97.44%) was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Flupentixol and melitroxin tablets(Dailysine) combined with trazodone hydrochloride tablets have a significant clinical effect in the treatment of post-stroke depression. It can not only effectively reduce the degree of neurological deficits in patients, but also improve patients’ depression and has less side effects.
