小米粥对小鼠胃肠功能调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 将小米熬粥制备全营养小米粥、米粒、米油3组分进行试验,通过建立便秘模型,了解小米粥不同组分对小鼠胃肠功能的影响。结果表明:与便秘模型组比较,各试验组小鼠的排首粒黑便时间、粪便含水量、胃内容物残留率和小肠推进率都出现一定程度的差异性;排便粒数,除米粒中组外,其他组差异显著(P<0.05);黑便质量,只有米粥低组、米油高组、米油低组有显著差异(P<0.05),其他组无差异。由此说明,小米粥不同组分能在一定程度改善便秘模型小鼠的胃肠功能。 In order to understand the effects of different components of millet porridge on gastrointestinal function of mice,the experiment was carried out to prepare whole nutrition millet porridge,rice grain and rice oil.The results showed that compared with the constipation model group,the time of first black stool,fecal water content,gastric content residual rate and small intestine propulsion rate of experimental groups were different to a certain extent.The number of defecation grains was significantly different(P<0.05)in other groups except the middle group;The mass of black poop was significantly different only in low rice porridge group,high rice oil group and low rice oil group(P<0.05),but no difference in other groups.These results indicate that different components of millet porridge can improve gastrointestinal function of constipation model mice to a certain extent.
