胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂对2型糖尿病患者血清脑源性神经因子的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清脑源性神经因子(BDNF)变化,胰高血糖素样肽(GLP)-1受体激动剂对T2DM患者血清BDNF的影响及BDNF与其他指标的关系。方法选取山西省人民医院T2DM患者100例,按随机数字表法分为2组,一组二甲双胍治疗(M组),另一组使用利拉鲁肽治疗(L组);以健康人群(C组)50名做对照。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定BDNF等水平。治疗3个月后重新测定数据,观察其变化。结果与C组相比,干预前M组和L组BDNF水平明显降低(t=2.568,P=0.009);M组及L组干预前后对比,L组BDNF水平明显升高(t=-15.965,P<0.01),M组水平无明显变化(t=-1.658,P=0.104)。结论提示BDNF可能在T2DM的发生发展中起到一定作用;而利拉鲁肽可通过提高BDNF含量改善血糖控制情况。BDNF与空腹胰岛素、酪氨酸激酶受体B、瘦素及脂联素具有明显相关性。 Objective To investigate the changes in brain-derived neurofactors(BDNF),the effects of glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)receptor agonists on serum BDNF in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and the relationship between BDNF and other indicators.Methods A total of 100 T2DM patients admitted to Shanxi Provincial People′s Hospital were included in the study,and randomly divided into two groups,one group was treated with Metformin(group M),the other group was treated with Liraglutide(group L);50 non-diabetic healthy subjects were included as controls(group C).The relevant data were determined,and ELISA method was used to measure the BDNF level.The data were re-measured at 3 months after the treatment,and the changes were determined.Results Compared with group C,the BDNF level in groups M and L decreased significantly before intervention(t=2.568,P=0.009).The BDNF level in group L significantly increased(t=-15.965,P<0.01),while there was no significant change in the BDNF level in group M(t=-1.658,P=0.104)after intervention compared with those before intervention.Conclusion It is suggested that BDNF may play a role in the occurrence and development of T2DM,and Liraglutide may improve blood glucose control by increasing the BDNF level.BDNF significantly correlates with fasting insulin,TrKB,leptin and adiponectin.
